REFUND AND RETUNS POLICY

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:

We stand behind the quality of our laser machines and aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy for your peace of mind.

3O-DAY RETURN POLICY:

You may return your laser machine within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days from the date of purchase cannot be processed for a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

To qualify for a return, the laser machine must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Items that have been used or are not in their original condition and packaging are not eligible for return. Custom orders and products modified as per customer specifications cannot be returned.

REFUND PROCESS:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at jamie@aviationlaser.com

EXCHANGE

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jamie@aviationlaser.com to arrange the exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is caused by the customer (such as wrong purchase, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee depends on the shipping service you choose.

If the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
